I had a great stay at this apartment just off the main strip in Zona Romántica. The location was perfect—close enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. There’s even an OXXO convenience store just a block away, which was super handy. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Richard, the host, was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good place. Fixtures and appliances really are new. High ceiling living room combined with a low ceiling bedroom is nice. Neighborhood is away from the crowds but you can still walk to the scene. Comfortable bed in a windowless room, which is ideal for sleep.

I absolutely loved this apartment. Adorable! Richard has done a fantastic job with the remodel. It's very stylish, comfortable and spacious. The location is not far from the beach and right off the best street in PV for all the great restaurants. Quiet at night but there is a lot of activity outside from the street. Excellent price point for a nicely appointed apartment. Will stay here again!

Amazing stay!. Walking distance to so many amenities in the area without the excessive noise of the busy streets. Both the host and the property manager were very pleasant and eager to provide hassle free accommodations. Property is exactly as described. We were able to prepare our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen to take a break from the expense of eating out every day of the vacation. The new washer and dryer in this unit were also a wonderful touch. Going home to unpack a bag of clean clothes is always an added bonus. Will definitely use this property again!

We loved our stay here. Both Richard and Ariel were helpful and friendly! The location was great, off the main strip enough to be a bit quieter than typical locations. Everything was clean and comfortable and had been updated! The water pressure and temperature weren’t the greatest but really wasn’t too much of an issue for us! Definitely recommend!
